Soon to be the finish

So here is the one that I was thinking of entering, now the part that I am asking you, is which one do you like better. The 360 pan of civic park (the last post, which was not finished). Or this new one, which is all the buildings around civic park. You can be honest, you will not hurt my feelings. Now I am asking about the pictures, not my dance moves. If you talk about my dance moves, then we will battle dance.

to tell you the truth, this one has a lot going on. I think it might be cooler in person but I really think this is a really cool idea. I have the other picture on my computer

Yeah I concur- it might not completely be too much going on in the whole picture, so much as there is too much going on in the center. I think it might be better if it is closer to the previous picture where there is more of a grassy center then a vortex one.

I really like this one Stephen. It is really cool to have all the significant buildings in one picture like that. I vote for this one.

By the way...my dance moves are WAY better!!!

I think I like this one better. I like being able to see the "famous" buildings, too, without it being too busy. I see something new every time I look at it. Good Luck! Maybe your dance moves can be your next winning picture. :)

Well ... we all know, Rowdy has the best dance moves. However, I was the first post person and you know I am going to tell you how I feel, but this picture is growing on me. When I was driving today, I was thinking that this picture would look really cool on a big Clock, like in the background with no numbers (numbers would ruin it). If I was a all into Hanford then I would love to have that in my house.

This one is by far my favorite by leaps and bounds and I loved the other one. I'll tell you why this one is more superb, because the civic lawn in Hanford is so great because of all the buildings around it. Sort of like the town in Back to the Future and you really captured all of the buildings and landmarks in this picture.
PS I would dance battle with you anytime as I am very confident in my skills.

I can't get enough of this picture! I keep staring at it. I love that you got the carousel in it! Stephen I have been nagging you about this for sometime, but when are you going to put a book together of your pictures?

Definitely the new one. All the other structures are more visible. By the way Joe Summers who passed away last year donated the clock to the City. Joe Mc.

Yes, this last one is great. I do not think there is too much going on. It continues to grow on you as you recognize more and more. Terry

Any way to get the lawn from the old one in the middle of the new one?

Hey Stephen,
Steph pointed these out to me. Lizzie and I like the first one. It's the blue and green that attract the eye. As Lizzie said, "it looks like a globe." That's our two cents.

I feel like the scale needs adjustment (The clock is taller than the civic in this picture, why?) Also going clock wise, you start out with all the buildings in the actual order they exist in the real world, but stuff is all out of order from 6 o'clock on. Also, you might consider retaking the pictures of the fox, the veterans building and any others where the picture has been taken from the side instead of head on. (The 360 effect works better when we can clearly see the front of everything in the picture)

This is a great concept, and you could make this THE BEST Hanford picture EVER. Great work! Keep it up!

Are you sorry now that you asked?
