Stack em up's

Today I shot Blynn and Rusty, daughter and son for Todd and Steph. Now, I know that Steph does the rounds on the Blogs, so I thought I would put up some of them (the outtakes). Why I made them black and white, no idea. It was an awesome time.

The mighty Wes, in Black and White

Watching the movie "Snatch" and trying to blog is a hard thing, espically when it is the scene for the last fight, in my opinon, one of Brad PItt's best movies. This is Wes, I did his senior portraits last weekend, and yes I did do then in color, but I thought to do this post in black and white. Also speaking of "Snatch", "RocknRolla" is coming out soon, can't wait, it looks awesome. For those who don't know "RocknRolla" is a Guy Ritchie film, the same guy who made "Snatch". I love his work.

the amazing Young

I finally finished another senior pic thingy. This is the amazing Young from Korea. The best thing about this session was that we where shooting and she said that she was hungry. I asked if she would like to take a break and get something to eat, and when I said she can choose the place, She shouted with joy, "We are going to KFC." Awesome.

This is strange

Sorry, but real quick. This last Saturday, I was doing another senior portrait, and we where able to go to this location that is always locked up. As the model and I where walking out, we saw this little statue that was about 10 inches high. I have never seen anything like this one. It was very strange, and kind of sad if you ask me. I really would not want something like this in my garden to look at all the time, or would I. Leave a guess on what you think it is, your guess is as good as mine.

Stand up at the Palace

You would think that camera operation knowledge was universal. Push the button down until it clicks. But when you hand it to someone that doesn't know how to use one. They lose the moment when you are posing with stand up comedian Frank Caliendo, and takes a picture of the two of you making stupid faces. Frank was really funny, how he does what he does is an amazing art.

It's just that one.

Working more on the Monster Truck Rally pictures, I came across this one. I just love it for some reason. I think that there is something to it. All three members are in the shot, and it was just one of those random shots, once again, sleepy.

monster truck rally

I have amazing homies, Pete is starting a new music project called "Monster Truck Rally". Pete asked me Friday to take pics, but I thought he wasn't going to call, he did and to top it off, I didn't know that Van and Tim where in the project to. These three are friends from the band days and a speical place for me. More on the monster truck rally soon.

Ya, my third Senior, ever

Last year I did one senior portrait, this year so far I have done two, Business has doubled for me. Yes, awesome, in a wierd way. Well, this is Becca, she was an awesome

One cool thing, We where shooting down in China Ally, and this lady came out, and said something about the shoot. I asked her if we could get up on the balcony and take some pictures, she said yes. I love being a photographer and being able to go places where no other people get to go. This is a place that only Becca has for her senior portraits and no one else.
