Christmas time here and gone

So I had one of the most amazing Christmas's. Two factors that made it amazing where my Nephew Josh and my Neice Jenna. It was just an amazing time to hangout with them. Josh is six now and starting to become a real challange on the video game circut.

Don't get me wrong, it was awesome to have all my family there. My older brother bought all the men these sweet Nerf guns, so we spent the night shooting at each other. Just an awesome seasson of God's awesome love.

I have the Best Friends

About a six weeks ago, I was hanging out with my friend Ted (first picture). I told him that because my birthday was so close to Christmas, that nobody had thrown me a surprise birthday party.



So time went on and this last Tuesday night, Ted asked me to come over after work and take pictures of some of the people at the Basement. So we went over to the girls house, and went inside to set up. We walked to a back room and Ted said that he was so hungry that we need to go get some food. So we walk back out of the room and around the cornor is all my friends waiting for me. It was so freaking amazing awesome.



Then after we ate, Ted set up the lights in the living room and had people take pictures with me. Man, I have to coolest friends in the world. God has truly blessed me to have so many awesome friends.



Not as cool as the birthday party, but still freaking awesome, the new Batman Preview.

The mighty Kristina

So about a couple weeks ago, one of the girls in my youth group asked me to help her with her portfolio. She was putting one together for applications for art school. So I took digital shots of them and put them on a DVD for her. She had some cool work, the black and white one, she told me that she never took the pen of the paper to draw it. The picture means allot more knowing that.

The Umbrella Academy

So I have never really used my blog to plug things that I really like, but I am doing it for this post. I got the latest issue of the new comic "The Umbrella Academy". Now I am a big comic fan but don't collect, but I saw that it was a six issue series, and also the story is by Gerard Way who is the lead singer for "My Chemical Romance" also again, not a huge fan of the music but love his art work. So Hot Topic, where I work, carries it, and sence I get a discount I picked them up, and really like them allot. The first two where wierd and I didn't know where the story was going, but at the end of the sencond issue things start coming together and I can't wait for the last three to come out. David, I think this might be something you would like.

The Hot Dog stand

The mighty Kiwi and the awesome Boney, are pictured once again in my blog. These are the last ones that I have found to put on this mix tape. Anyways the big news, I will be moving down to LA most likely in Febuary, I have to put in my 30 days in January at my Aprtment and start looking for a job and money.

The Desert

The word's that have been going threw my head is, "be thankful in all situations." Which is a hard thing to learn when life doesn't go the way you want. Or when your neighbors move, taking the internet access with them. So now I have to go to a coffee shop and use the internet, which means I don't get to post that much. But I am thankful for the coffee shops that give me free internet, and Hanford has some cool shops. I am thankful for death valley which were the picture was taken, hopefully I will be there soon.

Beach time

So, Last weekend I found out that I was less Manly than a womans Volley ball team. But in my deffense, they where pretty manly. When I found this out, I was at Availa Beach doing a wedding, the wedding got over with soon, so my Dad, he preformed the ceremony, and I, just chilled at the beach. He is the second picture down. Well, it has been a long weekend, and awesome weekend, and I came to the conclusion, that Avila Beach is a cool town. Allot nicer than Pismo

CITB Art night

So this last Saturday night, the Church that I attend (CITB, Church in the Basement) had an art night. Where we kind of cleared out the room and hung art, had some awesome musicians, and some cool poets. I would have pics of the performance piece, but I was recharging my camera from the time laps.

it is a Good Life

On Oct. 28, I got the honor of seein one of my favorite bands, The Good Life. I am a big fan of them. The lead singer playes in another band called Cursive. Now I would say that I am a bigger fan of Cursive, but The Good Life still has amazing songs, and they performed amazing.

Mighty Beezly

Not to many posts back, you saw that I did shots of one of my favorite hip hop groups, The Argyle Pimps. Well, I had another honor, one of the members Boney Beezly asked me to take head shots of him, and of course I was happy to do so. On Sunday, the three of us (his girlfriend Kiwi, and the two of us) went around and took pictures. So as I finish up the shots, I will be posting them. Also, I saw the Good LIfe on Sunday too, Awesome, they should be the next post. Side note, I always saw Kiwi at shows and she came into Hot Topic, so finally getting to meet her was awesome, she is a cool person. She tried to steal my pirate gun, not a metaphor, I have a pirate gun in my car, I got at the 98 cent store, worth every penny.
